An Evolution in Building Certification
Why the name change?
With former owner John Dunn retiring in 2024, the business needed a name to reflect the evolution of an established and well-respected Building Certification business on the Sunshine Coast. We have chosen the name “Evolve” to embody our culture of continual improvement and business evolution.What else has changed?
Not much else! We offer the same high standard of Building Certification services to our clients.Meet the Director
The Director of Evolve Building Approvals is Richard Jones. Richard is a Level 2 Building Certifier with more than 20 years industry experience, both in Local Government and as a Private Certifier.
Richard’s background has provided him with in depth technical understanding of the National Construction Code, Council Planning Schemes, and other relevant legislation. He and his team believe in providing exceptional service and in going that “extra mile” to ensure that the needs of clients are catered for.
The Evolve team have a wealth of experience in navigating the often complex process of gaining approval and ensuring your project meets necessary standards.
